The house is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home built in 1975. The main source of heat is wood, with electric baseboard heat. The home would come with approximately six cords of would, if desired. It sits on .33 of an acre and the backyard is fully fenced.

In the past year we have remodeled the kitchen with custom knotty alder cabinets, put new siding on the house, converted the garage into a family room/den area, replaced windows and all outlets and switches, planted grass and some fruit trees and added a shed out back.
